March 2024
March 22nd – N101 and N102 top concrete pour completed
March 18th – EAST Block, level 2 decking started and progressing well from the south side heading north. Square columns from ground to level 2 formed and stripped
March 8th – Decking for units N101 and N02 on the elevated portion of the NORTH Block has been completed. Rebar placement has started and continues.
March 6th – Scaffolding to the second level of the EAST Block started
January 2024
January 30th – Portion of the ground floor slab completed on the EAST Block
December 2023
December 11th – Conduit work and top bar placement continues along the south side of the Central Courtyard in preparation for the next pour
December 8th – First pour of the South Block ground floor section is complete
December 6th – Rebar and Stud Rail placement continues on the Southwest side of Everhome
November 2023
November 20th – Slab for the Southwest corner has been completed
October 2023
October 27th – Decking on the West side continues for the ground floor slab
October 25th – Decking work continues on the Ground Floor around the crane base
October 2nd – Stripping of the Stairwell and EAST Block Elevators completed
September 2023
September 26th – Structural slab along the north side, mid-span formed, next to the ramp on the south section
September 22nd – Rebar placement continues to the garage door entry below the North Block
September 18th – Decking, rebar and conduit placement continues along the Northeast side of the site
September 8th – P1 structural slab poured from N6 to N9 (west to east), along the North Perimeter Wall, south to the Geo-Thermal wall

September 5th – Rebar and conduit work continues on the structural slab next to the North Perimeter Wall
September 1st – North Perimeter Wall stripped and moved east for the next section
August 2023
August 30th – Central section form work started, P1 to Ground
August 29th – P1 decking continues along the northern side of the property from West to East
August 28th – P1 Structural Slab poured that will act as base for the soil in the Central Courtyard
August 4th – All SOG (Slab On Grade) now complete!
August 2nd – Prepping for Concrete Pour at P1 around the crane base
July 2023
July 26th – Completed Slab On Grade (SOG) between the North perimeter wall and the Geo-thermal Room
July 18th – Additional 3/4” stone received for spreading in preparation of Slab On Grade (SOG) around the crane base
July 13th – Conduit and rebar for the west side completed, awaiting concrete
July 11th – Final geo-thermal loop complete and pressure tested. Trenches with the main loop pipes are being back filled with 3/4 stone
June 2023
June 28th – The final geo-thermal loop (B) being grouted and cleared for fusing to begin
June 19th – Erecting column forms from P1 to Ground on the South East side.
June 14th – Perimeter wall forms have arrived to site
April 2023
April 20th – Formwork for P2 Structural Slab underway
April 14th – Pour 2 on P3 completed
April 13th – Slab On Grade (SOG) P3 Pour 1 completed
April 4th – 3/4" stone now being distributed on P3 in advance of Slab-On-Grade

March 29th – Final preparation for Slab on Grade

February 28th – East end of geo-thermal room completed

January 23rd – Geo-thermal room perimeter on P3 is complete
December 2022
December 7th – P3 Termination Wall Connected to Geo-thermal Room Wall

September 16th – Second Row of Cross Braces Installed on the Northwest Corner.

August 18th – Excavation Reinitiated to Reach the Final Geodetic Depth.

June 10th – 86 Shoring Piles Complete.

May 5th – Fourteen piles completed to date on the north side.

April 23th – Completing the platform for shoring to begin.
