July 17th – EAST BLOCK: West side exterior waterproofing and cladding progressing well.
July 4th – The angular archway entrance to the North block completed and ready to receive Prada Lime Green aluminium metal plate.

May 27th – NORTH and SOUTH Blocks: Demising Wall steel stud framing in place for level 2.

April 17th – NORTH Block: Roof Pour Underway.
April 14th – All Windows on East Block Now Completed.

March 19th – EAST Block: Waterproofing of the Penthouse Level Terraces almost complete.

February 21st – EAST Block : Generator placed in its final position on the roof. Mechanical penthouse room, steel stud and sheathing well underway.

January 20th – EAST Block built form facing east onto McCowan Rd.
December 2024
December 18th – EAST Block formwork completed to the roof of the mechanical penthouse to the east side and the rooftop terraces of the west side two-storey units. Windows installation completed to Level 7.

November 5th – Window installation for Levels 2 and 3 completed
October 2024
October 24th – Decking for the Roof of the 2-Storey Penthouse Suites facing West well underway. Elevator and south stair well already erected to the Mechanical Penthouse Level.
